这些材料记录本机源码摘录及既有说明，尚未建立其与 Apple 已接收二进制的对应关系。没有把正式构建录屏、后台提交记录、实际网络抓包或整改写成已经完成。官网已有展示素材是功能导览，不自动作为历史发行 Build 的证据。

功能与实现

本机材料描述视频导入、创作工作室、效果、字幕、模板、提词器及导出。S01–S03 展示显式测试／截图启动条件，以及普通路径读取本机工程。部分入口没有 DEBUG 条件包围；不能声称它们已从上传二进制中排除。本人已声明这些分支不是为了隐藏功能或规避审核。

联网用途与边界

Google 广告与同意管理联网。S04 中自动识别允许非强制设备端尝试，选中的时间线音频可能交给 Apple 语音服务；仅设备端模式保留本机要求。不能将全部字幕识别或整款 App 写成无网络。

复现步骤（尚待对应构建录屏）

无测试或截图参数正常启动，保留真实的广告与隐私选择条件。
导入本人有权使用的短视频，编辑效果或字幕，导出并播放成品。
分别记录离线基础编辑、联网自动字幕与拒绝 ATT 的流程。

待补充证据

需对应 iOS 1.0.3 的实际 Build、当时提交的审核备注、SDK 清单及正常安装录屏。页面列出的 2.3.7 与关键词／名称问题仍应按原拒绝记录核对，不推断它就是账号终止原因。

Functionality and implementation

Local materials describe media import, Creator Studio, effects, captions, templates, teleprompter recording and export. S01–S03 show explicit test/screenshot launch conditions and normal local-project loading. Some entries are not DEBUG-guarded; exclusion from the uploaded binary has not been established. The developer states that these helpers were not intended to conceal functionality or evade review.

Network purposes and boundaries

Google advertising and consent services use the internet. S04 permits a speech-recognition attempt without the on-device requirement in Automatic mode; selected timeline audio may reach Apple speech services. On Device Only retains that requirement. Neither all caption recognition nor the whole app is represented as network-free.

Reproduction steps (Build-matched recordings still required)

Launch normally without test or screenshot arguments, retaining real advertising and privacy conditions.
Import an owned short video, edit an effect or captions, export and play the result.
Record offline basic editing, online automatic captions and ATT-denied use separately.

Evidence still required

Still required: the actual iOS 1.0.3 Build, submitted review notes, SDK inventory and normal-install recordings. The displayed 2.3.7 issue and naming/keyword records require their own verification; they do not establish the cause of membership termination.
