1. 我们提供什么服务
Vidma（制作视频）是 iPhone 和 iPad 视频创作工具，无需注册 Vidma 账号。核心编辑与导出在设备上进行，我们不运营媒体处理服务器。App 包含 Google 广告，部分可选 Apple 系统功能需要联网，因此“本地编辑”不等于“完全不联网”或“未收集任何数据”。
2. 媒体、工程与本机创作
你从相册或文件选择的素材会被复制到 App 的工作目录，供预览、编辑和导出使用，不会修改原始 Photos 或 Files 文件。工程、字幕、字体、Logo、故事板、媒体搜索索引、调整层、人脸打码轨迹及导出结果保存在 App 存储中。
文稿剪辑、口播清理、人脸检测与跟随打码、人声增强、封面、运动曲线、多机位同步、素材检索及慢动作在本机处理。人脸检测用于生成编辑遮罩，不用于确认身份、建立广告画像或向我们发送生物识别模板。
你主动保存、分享、导出工程包或 FCPXML 时，接收目标会取得你选择的内容；工程包可能包含原素材。iCloud Photos、第三方 Files 提供器、系统备份及分享目标按各自服务规则处理数据，不属于 Vidma 自建同步服务。
3. Apple 语音与翻译
只有你启动字幕识别后才处理对应时间线的音频。iOS/iPadOS 26 的已实现语音分析路径使用 Apple 管理的设备端模型；缺少资源时系统可能下载。较早系统的“自动”模式优先设备端识别，必要时可能将音频发送给 Apple 语音服务。“仅设备端”模式不会回退到该在线识别服务，但并非所有语言或设备都支持。
双语字幕使用 Apple Translation，可能先下载所需语言资源。Vidma 不接收这些音频或字幕，也不把媒体交给 Google 广告。Apple 系统服务的数据处理以 Apple 的说明为准。
4. 权限与用户选择
- 相册与文件：系统选择器仅提供你选中的项目；保存结果到相册时请求添加权限。
- 相机与麦克风：你打开提词器拍摄或开始配音录制时使用。
- 语音识别：你主动识别声音生成字幕时请求适用权限。
- 通知：你启用导出完成提醒时请求。
- 跟踪：适用 UMP 广告隐私流程后、Google Mobile Ads 启动前检查 ATT；尚未选择时由系统决定是否显示授权弹窗。
拒绝跟踪不会限制视频编辑。相应媒体权限被拒绝时，对应受权限保护的功能可能不可用，其他本机编辑功能仍可使用。可在 iOS 设置中管理权限。
5. Google 广告及隐私选项
App 使用 Google Mobile Ads 13.9.0 和 Google UMP 3.1.0。广告链路可能处理 IP 推断的大致位置、设备或广告标识符、广告与产品互动、崩溃、性能及其他诊断数据，用于广告、衡量、分析和服务运行。具体范围取决于 SDK、配置、地区和你的选择。
允许 ATT 时，Google 可取得 IDFA 用于个性化广告和广告衡量；拒绝或受限时 IDFA 不可用。广告是否可以请求及实际展示还取决于 UMP、地区与广告服务状态，ATT 不代替地区同意选择。UMP 要求时，“设置 → 广告隐私选项”提供重新管理选择的入口；ATT 可在系统设置中更改。
导入的视频、照片、音频、字幕、工程、字体、Logo及导出内容不会提供给 Google 广告，也不用于广告定向。App 没有额外接入独立的分析或崩溃上传 SDK。
6. 反馈、诊断与删除
技术支持邮箱为 2223140373@qq.com。只有你主动发送邮件后，支持人员才会收到你的邮箱地址、邮件内容及自行附加的文件，用于回复与排查；请不要附加无关私人素材。App 不自动附加完整工程，诊断导出由你主动触发并经脱敏。
你可在 App 中删除工程或清理临时文件，删除 App 会移除其容器中的本地副本，但不会删除 Photos、Files、接收方副本或独立系统备份。对于主动发送给支持邮箱的信息，可联系该邮箱提出查询或删除请求；第三方服务的数据管理应使用对应服务的渠道。

Scope and local media
Vidma is a video-creation app for iPhone and iPad. It requires no Vidma account and operates no developer-run media-processing server. Core editing and export run on your device. Google ads and optional Apple services can use the network; local editing does not mean that the app collects no data.
Selected media is copied into managed app storage for editing. Original Photos and Files items are not modified. Projects, captions, imported fonts and logos, search indexes, storyboards, adjustment layers, face-mask tracks and exports are stored locally. Face detection creates editing masks, not identity profiles or advertising profiles, and no biometric template is sent to us.
Saving, sharing, exporting a project package or FCPXML sends selected content to the destination you choose. Packages can include source media. System backups, cloud file providers, iCloud Photos and receiving apps are governed by their own services, not a Vidma cloud-sync system.
Speech, translation and permissions
Recognition starts only when you request captions. The implemented iOS/iPadOS 26 speech-analysis path uses Apple-managed on-device models, which may require a download. On older systems, Automatic mode tries local recognition first and may send audio to Apple's speech service. On Device Only does not fall back to that online recognition service and depends on supported languages and hardware.
Bilingual captions use Apple Translation and may require language downloads. Vidma does not receive your speech audio or caption text on a server or provide it to Google ads.
System pickers provide selected media. Add-only Photos permission is requested for saving results. Camera and microphone are used for user-invoked teleprompter recording or voiceover; speech permission for recognition where applicable; notifications for optional completion alerts. ATT is checked after applicable UMP processing and before Mobile Ads starts. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings. Denying tracking does not restrict editing; denying a media permission can prevent its specific feature from working.
Advertising
Google Mobile Ads 13.9.0 and UMP 3.1.0 support ads and applicable consent choices. Advertising-related information may include IP-derived general location, device/ad identifiers, ad and product interactions, crash, performance and other diagnostic data. Actual practices depend on SDKs, configuration, region and consent.
ATT authorization permits access to IDFA for personalized advertising and measurement. IDFA is unavailable when denied or restricted. Ad eligibility also depends on UMP and service conditions. Ad Privacy Options appears in Settings when required by UMP; ATT choices can be changed in iOS Settings.
Your media, captions, projects, fonts, logos and exported content are not provided to Google advertising or used for ad targeting. No separate analytics or crash-upload SDK has been added.
Support, deletion and contact
If you email 2223140373@qq.com, support receives your email address and the content or attachments you choose to send to handle the request. Do not send unnecessary private media. Diagnostics are exported on request and redacted; full projects are not attached automatically.
Deleting app projects or caches removes the relevant local copies. Uninstalling removes the app container, not originals, shared copies or separate system backups. Contact support about information you voluntarily emailed; use each third-party service's controls for its data.
