1. Physical-device screen recording

The recording was captured on a physical iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 26.6. It begins on the iPhone Home Screen, launches the submitted app, and demonstrates the typical flow through the asset dashboard, account details, adding a transaction, linked balance updates, transfers, credit-card repayment, the deposit-interest calculator, analysis, budgeting, CSV/JSON export and system sharing, optional iCloud controls, the local-notification permission flow, App Store rating entry, and email feedback entry.

The app has no registration, login, account deletion, paid content, subscriptions, in-app purchases, public user-generated content, reporting or blocking features, advertising, App Tracking Transparency, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo-library access. Its only permission prompt is optional local notifications, requested only after the user enables Daily Bookkeeping Reminder in Settings.

3. Functions, target audience, problem, and value

Hua Dian Ledger is a Simplified Chinese personal bookkeeping and asset-management utility for users who want a lightweight way to understand everyday income, expenses, budgets, assets, liabilities, and account balances.

Its core functions include income and expense recording, Chinese-localized bookkeeping categories, deposit, credit-card, prepaid, investment, cash and other accounts, linked account-balance updates, transfers and credit-card repayments, deposit-interest estimation, monthly analysis, budgeting, CSV/JSON import and export, optional user-initiated iCloud backup, visual themes, amount privacy, local reminders, system sharing, App Store rating, and email feedback.

The app combines bills, account balances, budgets, and analysis in one local-first tool. It does not require registration. Normal bookkeeping data remains on the device unless the user explicitly chooses iCloud backup or file export.

4. Setup and access instructions

No account, login credentials, subscription, purchase, sample file, or special configuration is required. The app launches with an empty local state.

1. Launch the app. It opens on the Assets tab (资产).
2. Open an account to view activity, or use the add button to create a deposit, credit-card, prepaid, investment, cash, or other account.
3. Open Ledger (账本), tap Add Entry (记一笔), choose income or expense, category, amount, date, and an optional linked account, then save.
4. Return to Assets to confirm that the linked account balance was updated.
5. Use the Assets menu to test transfers, credit-card repayment, and the deposit-interest calculator.
6. Open Analysis (分析) to switch months and inspect category details.
7. Open Budget (预算) to set a monthly budget and view used and remaining amounts.
8. Open Settings (设置) to test themes, amount privacy, reminders, CSV/JSON import and export, system sharing, optional iCloud backup, rating, and feedback.

No external sample file is required. To test import, the reviewer may load sample data, export the app's own CSV or JSON file, and then import that file.

5. External services, tools, and platforms

The app does not use third-party SDKs, a developer-operated server, authentication providers, payment processors, advertising platforms, analytics services, data providers, bank or brokerage connections, or AI services.

It uses only Apple system services and frameworks:

• Local on-device storage for bookkeeping data and preferences
• Optional Apple iCloud Key-Value Store backup initiated by the user
• Apple UserNotifications for the optional daily reminder
• Apple StoreKit for the system rating request
• Apple system share sheet, document picker, and mail URL handling for export, import, sharing, and feedback

6. Regional differences

The app functions consistently in all regions. It has no region-locked features, country-specific services, payments, or content catalogs. The current interface is Simplified Chinese, amounts are primarily displayed in Chinese yuan, and its bookkeeping categories are designed for common Chinese-language usage. These localization choices do not change feature availability by region.

7. Regulated industry and protected third-party material

The app is a personal record-keeping utility. It does not provide banking, payment, lending, brokerage, insurance, cryptocurrency, investment execution, financial-product sales, or personalized investment advice. Asset and investment-account balances are entered manually by the user. The deposit-interest calculator provides estimates only; actual interest and settlement rules are determined by the relevant financial institution.

The app does not contain protected third-party material. No special authorization, license, demo account, or third-party credential is required.
